He began by manually making candy at home, a process that required not just skill but immense patience and perseverance. His initial operations were manual, involving long hours of hard work each day.

Through dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Amrish was able to expand his operations beyond the confines of his home. As demand for his candy grew, so did the scale of his operations. He moved from manual production to more sophisticated manufacturing processes, eventually establishing Kanta Food Product, a company that would become a key player in the Indian candy market.

His vision was to take the company's flagship brand, "MINGI," beyond the borders of India, introducing it to new markets and consumers around the world.
